Law of Identification
In my book, Become Your True Self, I wrote this: The Law of Identification. That's what I called it, The Law of Identification. It goes something like this…
When something becomes personal, it then becomes important. When people begin to identify with who you are and what you believe, good things will happen. Think about Nike. They're not simply selling shoes, they're selling motivation. They tell us… Just do it!
Now let's think about you. People aren't drawn to you out of loyalty. No, it's personal. You make them feel better. You bring value into their lives. So make sure you connect with everyone you meet. That's something more meaningful.
To make that happen, listen to them. Try to guide your activities in ways that can help them. It's the most important sensory skill you could ever have… Listening. When you do, you bond. When you bond, you grow. When something becomes personal, it then becomes important.
Have a great day.
