Time vs Energy
Hi. It’s good to see you again and I hope you’re doing well today. I want to remind you about the difference between time management and energy management. Time management is about getting as much done in a period of time as possible. Doing those things that don’t waste time but those things that bring you positive results.
But energy management is about investing your energy in those things that matter. So, for example, if you invest energy in anger, you’re really wasting your time and wasting your energy, and in the end, your results are meaningless. But if what you are doing is investing your energy in that which brings positives results, and that which creates positivity in the atmosphere where you reside, then you’re gonna find that you have more energy.
I mean, why do certain people get much more done in less time, and get the results that they want? What is it about certain people, as busy as they are, you can give them all the assignments you want, they can still get them done? In fact, the old adage goes… “If you want something done, give it to someone who’s very busy.” What it really mean is that people who love what they do, people who appreciate themselves, people who have a spirit of gratitude, those people somehow, somehow tend to have more energy. They get up in the morning excited about life, and they go about life multiplying that energy in a way that brings Great Results, Great Success, Great Significance.
So now, as you’re listening to this, remember, invest your energy in the positive. Do not sit there and whine away about what you don’t have. Be grateful and thankful for what you have… A loving family, food to eat, freedom of soul, even though physically you can’t do everything you wanna do outside your home. And just know that you are loved, you are loved by many and you’re certainly loved by my community. Have a great week.
