My name is Wright.

I'm part author, part speaker, part coach -- and all about helping other people Become Their True Self.  In a simpler way, I help people overcome their limitations in life (due to Fear, Failure, and Frustration) and turn it into Confidence, Courage, and Success, so they become Unstoppable!

Me too…

I struggled…

But I figured it out…

And you can learn it too!

Need a bio?  Here You Go:

I was born and raised in Chicago, which I still call it my home, and have been an entrepreneur throughout my whole life.  I also had the privilege to served as head of a non-for-profit school foundation board over the last 10 years.  I am a published author, a coach, and I love to have conversations, not only with individuals, but with audiences as well.

My vision is to help men and women rediscover their passion and calling, so they can develop the courage to act now.  I speak on areas that are motivational and inspirational, along with practical areas like overcoming fear, stop procrastination, and understanding how to communicate with love.

My first book, Become Your True Self, 5 Proven Techniques to Overcome YOUR Fear and Shyness, has become a great resource for individuals since upwards of 95% of the population define themselves as being fearful and/or shy.  I am also in the process of working on my next book, OutSmart Procrastination, to be released in the Spring of 2020.

I enjoy reading, writing, having wonderful conversations with my 94 year-old mother, Elenore, and my two beautiful sons, Andrew and Matthew.  My Cockapoo dog, Jacoby, is my constant companion and inspiration to remain active and creative in life.

A simple question…

“What one great thing would you dare to dream, if you knew you could not fail?”

Want to go beyond the bio?  Read on, brave soul...

What made you decide to do the work you do?  I wanted to make an impact that anyone can have a more productive and fulfilling life too.

What is one thing you can do that might surprise other people?  How a person can talk to me for hours at a time.  (I call it the Johnny Carson method)

If you could only ask ONE question to learn as much about someone as you possibly could, what would it be?  If we were to meet here, right here, exactly 3 years from today, what must have happened both personally and professionally in your life for you to be really happy with your progress?

What quote best describes your approach in life?  Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty.  Anyone who keeps learning stays young.  The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young. - Henry Ford

What one thing do you do every single day to maintain your sanity?  The day/night before I write down my one goal that I will accomplish the following day.  And I finish that goal before any to-do list stuff (i.e. laundry, grocery shopping, etc.)
