Adjectives - What's Yours?

I have a little assessment for you today and the assessment is simply this… Find three adjectives that people typically use to describe you.  Maybe three adjectives that your family right now, your mom, your dad, your spouse, your partner, your siblings, your kids, are using to describe you.  Are they saying you’re Patient?  Are they saying you're Positive?  Are they saying you're Resilient in spite of all that's going on.  Or are they saying you're impatient, you’re negative, you give up too quickly?  What are those three adjectives that people are using to describe you?

And then the flip side of that is what are the three adjectives you would like for them to describe you.  Maybe you’ll like for them to say you're Intelligent, you’re Determined, you’re Committed, you’re Resilient.  Maybe you overcome your fears so you're Focused, your focus on good things.  It's a good exercise to do maybe at the dinner table today with your own family.

So, find three adjectives that people use to describe you and then compare that and contrast that with three adjectives that you would rather have people describe you.  And then work towards achieving that.  I hope you have a good day.
